I’m Hazel, an accredited Career Career Change Coach, passionate about helping Insurance Professionals to realise their potential, build confidence and achieve their career and professional aspirations.

With 15 years of experience in Learning and Development, empowering, supporting and coaching professionals to achieve their career aspirations, and a successful 30 year career spanning various roles in Insurance and Insure tech, I understand the complex and unique challenges and opportunities faced by professionals in this industry.
